摘要
在国家智能制造政策和“双碳”目标的背景下,智能装备企业竞争愈加激励。对于优化企业管理运营、精益改善,提高产品在市场上的竞争力的需求,企业数字化转型成为一种有效的途径。分析了未实施PLM系统管理前存在的弊端,和实施PLM系统管理后带来的效益,并以LNG低温液体贮罐产品为例,从PLM系统使用的源头部门,即技术部门和工艺部门的应用进行讲解,说明智能装备企业数字化转型中实施和应用PLM系统的必要性。
Under the background of national intelligent manufacturing policy and"Double Carbon"target,competition between intelligent equipment enterprises is increasing.For the demand of enterprise management operation optimization and improvement,product competitiveness improvement,one kind of effective method is digitization transformation for enterprise.This paper analyses the disadvantages before PLM system management is implemented,and advantages after PLM system management is implemented,and takes LNG cryogenic liquid tank product for instance,and introduces the application in the view of technical department and process department,which are PLM system application source departments,to show the necessity of PLM to be implemented and applied for intelligent equipment enterprise digitization transformation.
