摘要 介绍一款基于PLC的农场自动播种机的设计方法,主要针对自动播种机堵塞引起的漏播种问题,加载一个具有实时监控及报警功能的系统。该系统通过实时监测,能够根据堵塞情况提示报警,并且能够实现对播种机多个部位同时报警,起到辅助堵塞排查和处理工作的作用,以解决播种过程中因导种器、排种器、开沟器等出现故障,而导致的漏播种情况,从而有效降低自动播种机的漏播种概率,提高播种作业的质量和效率。 This paper introduces the design of a PLC-based farm automatic seeder.It mainly loads a system with real-time monitoring and alarm prompt function to solve the problem of missed seeding caused by the blockage of the automatic seeder.Through realtime monitoring,the system can give an alarm according to the jam situation,and can give an alarm to multiple parts of the seeder.It plays the role of blocking inspection and treatment to solve the missed seeding caused by the failure of the seed guide,seed metering device,trencher,etc.during the seeding process.Thus,the probability of missed seeding of automatic seeder can be effectively reduced.
