基于单片机的PMSM调速系统设计

摘要 为快速实现永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)速度控制响应,设计了基于单片机的PMSM调速系统。硬件部分,设计了调速器、光电编码器和核心微处理器。软件部分,针对永磁同步电机信号非线性、波动性大的特点,构建PMSM数学模型,在构建的数学模型中,通过转化输入的信号,生成系统测速算法。在此基础上,利用单片机分析永磁同步电机在不同情况下的运行状态,实现系统调速。仿真实验中,设计系统响应时间仅为5.8 s,响应速度更快。 In order to quickly achieve the speed control response of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a PMSM speed control system based on microcontroller is designed.In terms of hardware,a speed controller,photoelectric encoder,and core microprocessor are designed to collaborate.In the software section,a PMSM mathematical model is constructed to address the nonlinear and highly volatile characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor signals.In the constructed mathematical model,the input signal is transformed to generate a system speed measurement algorithm.Based on this,a microcontroller is used to analyze the operating status of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in different situations,achieving system speed regulation.In the simulation experiment,the designed system has a response time of only 5.8 seconds and a faster response speed.
