基于类脑智能的无人集群设计初探及关键技术浅析

摘要 无人集群广泛应用于军事、工业等重要领域,并逐渐向智能化、协同化快速发展。借鉴人脑系统的高级智能模板,从端、边、云三个类脑层面讨论新型无人系统的设计构想,为未来智能无人集群提供了创新的探索思路。首先,端节点的通用异构无人机模仿大脑神经元形式,节约个体无人机开发成本并提升集群协作效能。其次,无人机间的拓扑结构借鉴类脑交互模式,形成内外双向通信环路以提升信息交互效率。最后,无人集群云端参考人脑与环境交互的自学习方式,在任务中动态扩充知识库以优化系统性能。综合上述类脑无人集群的设计思想,探索分析了该领域的关键技术,并对未来无人集群的智能化发展进行了展望。 Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarm was widely used in military,industrial and other important fields and gradually develops towards intelligence and collaboration.Based on the advanced intelligent template of the human brain system,the design concept of the new unmanned system is discussed from the three brain levels of end,edge and cloud,which provides innovative exploration ideas for the future UAV swarm.Firstly,the general heterogeneous UAV of the end node imitates the form of brain neurons,which saves the development cost of individual UAV and improves the efficiency of swarm cooperation.In addition,the topology of the UAV swarm refers to the brain-inspired interaction mode,which forms an internal and external two-way communication loop to improve the efficiency of information interaction.Finally,the UAV swarm cloud refers to the self-learning method of human brain and environment interaction,and the knowledge base is dynamically expanded in the task to optimize the system performance.Based on the above design ideas of the brain-inspired UAV swarm,the key technologies in this field are explored and analyzed,and the future intelligent development of the UAV swarm is prospected.
