通过对本钢北营新1号高炉炉缸浇筑开炉生产操作进行总结:做好开炉前的设备调试、验收工作;做好开炉前的烘炉与打压检漏工作;制定合理的开炉方案,确定合适的开炉焦比;开炉送风后根据负荷及风量调整选择对应的布料矩阵;组织好炉前渣铁排放等措施,确保了新1号高炉安全顺利开炉,并在较短时间达到产量标准。送风后仅6天产量达到8000 t/d以上(利用系数2.5 t/m^(3).d),焦比380 kg/t以下;次月产量8700t/d以上(利用系数2.7t/m^(3).d),焦比370kg/t,快速降低吨铁成本,创造良好的经济效益。

Through the summary of Bensteel Beiyingxin No.1 blast furnace cylinder pouring operation:do a good job of equip⁃ment commissioning and acceptance before furnace opening;Do a good job of oven drying and pressure leak detection before furnace opening;Make a reasonable opening scheme and determine the appropriate opening coke ratio;Select the correspond⁃ing fabric matrix according to the load and air volume adjustment after opening the furnace for air supply;The measures such as the discharge of slag iron in front of the furnace were organized to ensure the safe and smooth opening of the new No.1 blast furnace,and the production was achieved in a short time.Only 6 days after air supply,the output reaches more than 8000 t/d(utilization coefficient 2.5 t/m^(3).d),and the coke ratio is below 380 kg/t;The next month's output is more than 8700 t/d(utiliza⁃tion coefficient 2.7 t/m^(3).d),the coke ratio is 370 kg/t,quickly reduce the cost of tons of iron,and create good economic benefits.
