一种新型钢包覆盖剂的试验研究

摘要 某炼钢厂采用新型环保覆盖剂替代碳化稻壳覆盖剂后,统计钢包到连铸中间包钢液温降与时间的比值,计算出降温速率,对比分析新旧覆盖剂的使用效果。对于HRB400系列,渣层较厚,环保型覆盖剂与碳化稻壳保温效果几乎相同;对于HPB300系列,环保型覆盖剂的保温效果更好,平均可降低氩站出站温度4℃。环保型覆盖剂较碳化稻壳覆盖剂具有以下优势,后期温降速度更小、中包成分更稳定、环保效果更好。 After a steelmaking plant adopts a new environmentally friendly covering agent to replace the carbonized rice husk covering agent,count the ratio of ladle to continuous casting tundish steel temperature drop to time,the cooling rate is calculat⁃ed,to compare and analyze the use of new and old covering agents.For HRB400 series,the slag layer is thicker,the environ⁃mentally friendly mulching agent has almost the same thermal insulation effect as carbonized rice husk,and for HPB300 series,the environmentally friendly covering agent has a better heat preservation effect,it can reduce the outbound temperature of ar⁃gon station by an average of 4℃.Environmentally friendly mulching agent has the following advantages over carbonized rice husk mulching agent,the temperature drop rate is smaller in the later stage,the medium package composition is more stable,and the environmental effect is better.
