数字普惠金融对城市技术创新的影响机制研究——以长三角城市群为例

A Research on Influencing Mechanism of Digital InclusiveFinance on Urban Technological Innovation:Taking Yangtze River Delta City Group as an Example

传统金融由于同质化严重且覆盖面较窄,无法对中小企业及个人从业者的创新创业过程予以充分支持,数字普惠金融服务的出现则有效弥补了这一缺陷。文章基于长三角城市群面板数据,首先构建了城市技术创新能力指标体系,进而探究数字普惠金融对城市技术创新的影响机制。研究结果表明,数字普惠金融发展显著促进了城市技术创新活动。同时,数字普惠金融能够通过提升城市产业链质量和人才链水平,促进城市技术创新能力提升。进一步,城市人口规模能够显著促进数字普惠金融对城市技术创新的正向影响,并能显著提高城市产业链质量提升所带来的创新效应。

Due to the serious homogenization and narrow coverage of traditional finance,it is unable to fully support the innovation and entrepreneurship of minor enterprises and individual practitioners.The emergence of digital inclusive financial services has effectively made up for this defect.Based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta city group,this paper first constructs the index system of urban technological innovation ability,and then explores the influencing mechanism of digital inclusive finance on urban technological innovation.The results show that the development of digital inclusive finance has significantly promoted urban technological innovation activities.At the same time,the digital inclusive finance can promote the quality of urban industrial chain and talent chain level,which can contribute to the urban technological innovation ability.Furthermore,urban population size can significantly facilitate the positive impact of digital inclusive finance on urban technological innovation,and can significantly improve the innovation effect brought by the improvement of the development quality of urban industrial chain.
