孟加拉铁路工程造价和成本管理风险探讨

摘要 2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出10周年,这10年来越来越多的中国企业踏出国门直接参与“一带一路”项目或是进入国际项目开展合作。但自2020年新冠感染爆发后,全球物流运输进展和防控措施导致的产能下降,全球大宗商品价格出现不同程度上涨,加之俄乌冲突引起的能源危机和油价上涨,国际经济局势不稳定,进一步推高了全球大宗商品涨价趋势,这些因素都对海外项目工程造价和成本管理带来较大挑战,因此本文针对孟加拉国铁路工程造价现状和成本管理的风险进行探讨。 Year 2023 is the 10th anniversary of the“Belt and Road”initiative,during which an increasing number of Chinese companies have ventured abroad to directly participate in“Belt and Road”projects or collaborate on international ventures.However,since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,global logistics and supply chain disruptions,as well as pandemic containment measures,have led to a decrease in production capacity.Moreover,coupled with varying degrees of price increases in global commodities,and the energy crisis and rising oil prices triggered by the Russia-Ukraine conflict,has contributed to an unstable international economic situation.These factors have further exacerbated the trend of rising global commodity prices,posing significant challenges to the cost management and project cost of overseas projects.Therefore,this article discusses the current status of the cost and risk management of railway projects in Bangladesh.
