The integration of the Yangtze River Delta region can better achieve the radiation and driving role of the region in national economic development.To accelerate the integrated development of maritime affairs in the Yangtze River Delta,emphasis should be placed on making innovation in regional integration coordination mechanisms,enhancing the capacity for regional collaboration in maritime safety and optimizing the business environment.The Yangshan Port Maritime Safety Administration has made full use of the favorable location advantages in serving local economic development.It has taken the lead in researching the cross free trade zone maritime supervision mode,improved the efficiency of cross regional supervision and services of the maritime administration,and enabled the maritime administration to accumulate more experience in innovative supervision services such as cross regional boarding inspection jointly conducted by port authorities,and cross regional all-element maritime"big traffic management".
