摘要
为满足更高标准的监管与预警要求、提供更精准的预警服务,以粤东地区为例,探讨了现有基础上如何对海上风电水上交通安全预警系统进行升级改造的技术问题。
In order to meet the requirements of higher standards of supervision and early warning,and provide more accurate early warning services,this paper takes the east Guangdong region as an example,and discusses the technical issues concerning how to upgrade and transform the offshore wind power water traffic safety early warning system on the existing basis.
