竹节参化学成分及其抗肿瘤作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 癌症的发病率逐年上升,威胁着人类的生命健康。目前恶性肿瘤的治疗手段如放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等存在不良反应大、易耐药等问题。传承数千年的中医药在肿瘤的防治中有疗效确切、不良反应小、价格低廉等优势。中药竹节参为五加科人参属植物,主要含有皂苷类、糖类、氨基酸等多种化学成分。药理研究表明,竹节参有良好的抗肿瘤作用,其作用机制与抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞迁移和侵袭、化疗增敏、增强机体免疫、改善肿瘤恶病质等有关。本文对竹节参中具备抗肿瘤作用的化学成分及抗肿瘤的作用机制进行系统综述,以期为进一步探索竹节参中不同化学成分的抗肿瘤作用机制及其在临床中的应用提供新的思路和理论依据。 The incidence rate of cancer is rising,threatening the healthy of human life.The treatment methods for malignant tumors,such as radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy have significant side effects and are prone to drug resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine,which has been passed down for thousands of years,has advantages in the prevention and treatment of tumors,such as precise therapeutic effects,small side effects,and low prices.Panax japonicus,a traditional Chinese medicine,is a plant of Panax,Araliaceae,which mainly contains saponins,sugars,amino acids and other chemical components.Research shows that Panax japonicus has a good anti-tumor effect.Its mechanism is related to inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing cell apoptosis,inhibiting cell migration and invasion,enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity,enhancing body immunity,and improving tumor cachexia.This paper provides a systematic review of the chemical components and anti-tumor mechanisms of Panax japonicus,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for further exploration of its antitumor effects and clinical applications.
