青海省土地利用碳排放时空演变及碳补偿研究

Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Carbon Emission from Land Use and Carbon Compensation in Qinghai Province

摘要 运用碳排放系数法、核密度估计、空间自相关等方法分析青海省2000—2020年土地利用碳排放和碳吸收的时空演化特征,并构建碳补偿模型确定碳补偿价值。结果表明:青海省土地利用碳排放呈不断增加趋势,其中,建设用地是碳排放的主要来源,林地和草地是碳吸收的主要载体。全局莫兰指数表明空间上处于正向集聚状态;局部空间自相关显示土地利用碳排放低值集聚区域主要位于青海省西南部,高值集聚区域主要位于主城区和环主城区。应支付的碳补偿总金额为1.52×108元,应获得的碳补偿总金额为9.12×10^(7)元。为实现区域低碳绿色发展,应调节能源利用结构,提升清洁能源消费比重,优化土地利用结构,控制建设用地扩张规模。 Carbon using carbon emission coefficient method,nuclear density estimation,spatial autocorrelation and other methods,the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of land use carbon emission and carbon absorption in Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2020 were analyzed,and a carbon compensation model was constructed to determine the carbon compensation value.The results show that:(a)the carbon emission from land use in Qinghai Province is increasing,in which construction land is the main source of carbon emission,and woodland and grassland are the main carriers of carbon absorption.(b)The global Moran index indicates that it is in a positive agglomeration state in space;Local spatial autocorrelation shows that the low-value concentration area of land use carbon emission is mainly located in the southwest of Qinghai Province,and the high-value concentration area is mainly located in the main city and the surrounding urban area.(c)The total amount of carbon compensation to be paid is 1.52×108 yuan,and the total amount of carbon compensation to be obtained is 9.12×10^(7)yuan.In order to realize the development of re-gional low-carbon life,we should adjust the energy utilization structure,increase the proportion of clean energy consumption,optimize the land utilization structure and control the expansion scale of construction land.
