河北省生态环境信息数据应用及其对策探析 被引量:4

摘要 物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术已广泛应用于生态环境领域。以河北省“三线一单”信息管理平台为例,该平台依托云计算存储、数据挖掘、空间分析等技术,实现了“三线一单”成果数据的动态管理和集中展示。但生态环境信息数据的应用同时存在生态环境信息标准规范体系不完善、信息资源共享和业务协同能力不足、数字化深度挖掘能力欠缺、数字化支撑重点业务统筹性欠佳等方面的问题。在此基础上提出规范生态环境信息标准体系、强化信息资源共享和业务协同能力、做好数据深度挖掘工作、统筹支撑各项重点业务等生态环境信息数据应用对策。 Technologies such as the internet of things,cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence have been widely applied in the field of ecological environments.Taking the"Three Lines One Permit"information management platform in Hebei Province as an example,this plat-form relies on technologies such as cloud computing storage,data mining,and spatial analysis to achieve dynamic management and centralized display of"Three Lines One Permit"achievement data,providing a favorable demonstration for the application of ecological environment informa-tion data in Hebei Province.However,the application of ecological environment information data also faces problems such as the imperfect standard system of ecological and environmental informa-tion,insufficient ability of information resource sharing and business collaboration,lack of digital deep mining ability,and poor coordination of key business supported by digital.It is necessary to standardize the ecological and environmental information standard system,strengthen the ability of information resource sharing and business collaboration,do a good job in data mining,coordinate and support key businesses,and strengthen the research and application of ecological and environ-mental information and data,to inject new momentum into the continuous improvement of the eco-logical environment and promote high-quality development.
