摘要
以青岛市为例,通过分析大气主要污染物浓度与工业污染源治理、产业结构、清洁能源、交通运输及调控措施的关系,探究城市空气质量变化特征及影响因素。研究表明,青岛市SO_(2)、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)浓度整体呈下降趋势,NO2处于小幅下降阶段,而O3浓度保持在较高水平且呈上升趋势。工业污染源治理、产业结构与清洁能源调整对SO_(2)、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)污染物控制成效显著,且随着愈加精细化、系统化的空气污染治理调控措施持续出台,青岛市大气主要污染物治理取得明显成效。针对当下首要的O_(3)污染,需要重点关注VOCs和臭氧形成机理,从源头控制VOCs产生和排放,协同控制细颗粒物和O_(3)污染。
In order to provide the scientific guidance for integrated control of air pollution,the air quality characteristics and driving factors in Qingdao are explored by analyzing the relationship be-tween typical pollutant concentration and industrial pollution control,clean energy supply,trans-portation factors and pollutant reduction.The results show that the SO_(2) and particulate matter con-centration have decreased rapidly,while O_(3) is in an increasing stage.And it’s not significant for the downward trend of NO_(2).The industrial air pollution control,industrial structure adjustment and clean energy supply are associate with SO_(2),PM_(2.5) and PM10 concentration.With the continu-ous policy measures of detailed and systematic air pollution control,the governance of air pollu-tants in Qingdao has achieved remarkable results.In view of the current primary O_(3) pollution,it is necessary to focus on VOCs and ozone formation mechanism,and promote VOCs control from production and living emission.Meanwhile it’s vital to keep the cooperative control of nitrogen oxides,particulate matter with O_(3) pollution.
