自制简易角度仪在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用价值研究

摘要 探讨自主研制的简易角度仪在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用价值。选择在烟台市蓬莱人民医院行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的97例患者为研究对象,并进行随机分组,分成常规穿刺组和角度仪辅助穿刺组。比较两组一次性穿刺到位率、穿刺操作时间和并发症发生率。结果显示,角度仪辅助穿刺组一次性穿刺到位率95.24%,明显高于常规穿刺组的69.09%;角度仪辅助穿刺组穿刺操作时间,明显短于常规穿刺组;两组并发症发生率无统计学差异。研究发现,在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中采用自制简易角度仪可提高一次性穿刺到位率,缩短穿刺操作时间,使初学者更易掌握穿刺方法,且自制简易角度仪费用低廉、操作简单、角度引导精确,具有临床应用价值,值得应用推广。 Explore the application value of a self-developed simple angle instrument in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Ninety-seven patients who underwent CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy at Yantai Penglai People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a conventional puncture group and an angle instrument assisted puncture group.Compare the success rate of one-time puncture,puncture operation time,and incidence of complications between the two groups.The results showed that the one-time puncture success rate of the angle instrument assisted puncture group was 95.24%,significantly higher than the 69.09%of the conventional puncture group;The puncture operation time of the angle instrument assisted puncture group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional puncture group.;There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Research has found that using a self-made simple angle instrument in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy can improve the rate of one-time puncture,shorten the puncture operation time,and make it easier for beginners to master the puncture method.Moreover,the self-made simple angle instrument is low-cost,easy to operate,and has precise angle guidance,which has clinical application value and is worth promoting.
