间苯三酚治疗急诊泌尿系结石绞痛的临床效果研究

Clinical Effcacy of Phloroglucinol in the Treatment of Emergency Urinary Tract Stone Colic

研究间苯三酚治疗急诊泌尿系结石绞痛的临床效果。从贵州盘江煤电集团有限责任公司医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的急诊泌尿系结石绞痛患者中随机挑选78例,分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组使用山莨菪碱治疗,观察组使用间苯三酚治疗,对两组患者疼痛程度、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、24h复发率、心理状态、生活质量进行观察。结果显示,治疗前,两组患者疼痛程度比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率、24h复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理状态、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急诊泌尿系结石绞痛治疗中利用间苯三酚治疗可以有效缓解患者疼痛,且可以降低不良反应发生率和24h复发率,具有较高治疗有效率,值得临床推广和应用。

Study the clinical effcacy of phloroglucinol in the treatment of emergency urinary tract stone colic.From January 2022 to December 2022,78 patients with acute urinary tract stone colic admitted to Panjiang General Hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with anisodamine,while the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol.The degree of pain,treatment effectiveness,incidence of adverse reactions,24-hour recurrence rate,psychological status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were observed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of pain in the observation group was milder than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and 24-hour recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state and quality of life of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of phloroglucinol in the treatment of urolithiasis and colic in emergency urology can effectively alleviate patient pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and 24-hour recurrence,and have a high treatment effciency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
