联用泮托拉唑、奥曲肽急诊治疗对急性上消化道出血患者的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Emergency Treatment with Combination of Pantoprazole and Octreotide in Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

研究联用泮托拉唑、奥曲肽急诊治疗对急性上消化道出血患者的临床价值。从贵州盘江煤电集团有限责任公司医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的急性上消化道出血患者中随机挑选80例,分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,观察组联用泮托拉唑、奥曲肽急诊治疗。结果显示,观察组患者炎性因子情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血持续时间、总输血量、胃液pH值、血红蛋白情况均要优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急性上消化道出血患者中应用泮托拉唑、奥曲肽急诊治疗具有确切效果,可以有效改善患者炎性因子水平,止血效果较好,治疗有效率和安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Study the clinical value of emergency treatment with combination of pantoprazole and octreotide in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Eighty patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Panjiang General Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole,while the observation group was treated with pantoprazole and octreotide in emergency.The results showed that the inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better bleeding duration,total blood transfusion volume,gastric pH value,and hemoglobin levels than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of pantoprazole and octreotide in emergency treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients has definite effects,can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors in patients,have good hemostatic effects,and have high treatment effectiveness and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
