针对安钢集团冶金炉料公司HRM1300立式煤磨机使用中存在的问题,成立攻关小组,对现场进行论证,找出问题的根源,对磨机进行改造。通过合理的技术改造,使得设备停机率大幅度减少,使用寿命显著提高,进一步节约了维修时间,减少了维修力量,降低了维修费用,提高了设备作业率。

In view of the existing problems in the use of HRM1300 vertical coal mill of Metallurgical Charging Company of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,a research team was set up to do the site demonstration to find out the root cause of the problems,and transform the mill.By reasonable technical transformation,the shutdown rate of the equipment is greatly reduced and the service life is significantly improved so that the maintenance time is further saved,the maintenance frequency is reduced,and the maintenance cost is reduced.As a result,the operation rate of the equipment is improved.
