The stacker is used for stacking the slabs that need to be transferred from the line or the unqualified slabs that need to be forcibly gone off the line,it is found that it cannot stack during usage,resulting in low working efficiency and high labor intensity of the dogging crane.This paper analyzes the working principle,structural type and causes of problems in use of stacker,gives the scheme of equipment transformation,and which has been verified by practice.
