摘要
围绕智慧门诊建设标准,以患者需求为导向,总结服务经验,结合武汉大学人民医院(湖北省人民医院)智慧医院建设现状,从患者就医体验反映的问题分析、双平台总体顶层设计、智慧服务效果评价等方面开展应用与改进,构建就诊全流程、全生命周期的医疗服务体系,拓展智慧门诊服务应用路径,优化智医惠民的应用效果。
This article focuses on the construction standards of smart clinic and summarizes service experience based on patient needs.At the same time,combined with the current situation of smart hospital construction in People's Hospital of Wuhan University(Hubei Renmin Hospital),applications and improvements were carried out from the aspects of experience problem analysis,dual-platform overall top-level design,and smart service effect evaluation.By building a full-process and full-life-cycle medical service system,it will expand the application paths of smart clinic and optimize the application effects of smart healthcare to benefit the people.
