全民健康覆盖领域研究热点及变化趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in the Field of Universal Health Coverage

目的分析全民健康覆盖领域的相关文献,总结该领域的研究概况,明确未来的研究热点。方法以CNKI、万方、维普数据库为检索对象,检索时间为2005年1月1日-2021年12月31日。运用CiteSpace V 6.2软件,对纳入的文献从发文量、研究作者机构、关键词以及时间线方面进行可视化分析。结果共纳入有效文献162篇,发文量总体较少。其中发文量最多的作者和机构都为4篇,作者机构间抱团关系明显。健康中国、全民覆盖、医疗保险是全民健康覆盖领域的热点研究话题,因病致贫、全民健康、分级诊疗等话题逐渐出现在该领域。结论全民健康覆盖领域发文量总体呈现波动上升的趋势,对该领域的研究集中于全民健康覆盖实现进程、实现路径的研究,随着人们健康意识的提高,公平性、主动健康等逐渐成为全民健康覆盖领域的重点关注话题。

Objective To analyze the literature in the field of universal health coverage,and to summarize the general situation of the research in this field,so as to identify future research hotspots.Methods CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were used as retrieval objects from January 1,2005 to December 31,2021.CiteSpace V 6.2 software was used to make a visual analysis of the included literature in terms of the number of publications,author organizations,keywords,and time line.Results A total of 162 effective literature was included in this study,and the number of publications was generally small.Among them,the authors and institutions with the largest number of publications were 4,and the group relationship between authors and institutions was obvious.Healthy China,universal coverage and medical insurance were hot research topics in the field of universal health coverage.Topics such as poverty due to illness,universal health and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment gradually appeared in this field.Conclusion The number of publications in the field of national health coverage shows an overall trend of fluctuation and rise.The research in this field focuses on the process and path of the realization of national health coverage.With the improvement of people's health awareness,equity and active health have gradually become the key topics in the field of national health coverage.
