目的建设临床试验项目管理系统,对临床试验项目进行立项管理、受试者管理、试验项目医嘱管理及科研经费管理。方法系统基于B/S架构、M语言开发,通过Webservice方式实现集成平台与临床业务系统间的数据交互。结果临床试验项目管理系统与医院HIS系统深度融合,形成完整的就诊记录、医嘱信息、检查检验结果、电子病历及相关财务报表。通过信息化技术手段,实现了临床试验项目管理的流程化、信息化,保证临床试验数据的准确性、可靠性和可追溯性。结论临床试验项目管理系统的应用,形成了业务流程的闭环管理,能有效地控制试验项目费用,支持多种结算方式,提升工作效率和管理水平。

Objective To establish a clinical trial project management system to carry out project approval management,subject management,medical advice management and scientific research fund management for clinical trial projects.Methods The system is based on B/S architecture and developed in M language.The data interaction between the integrated platform and the clinical business system is realized through Web service.Results The system was deeply integrated with the hospital HIS system to form complete medical records,medical order information,inspection results,electronic medical records and related financial statements.By means of information technology,the process and information of clinical trial project management are realized,and the accuracy,reliability and traceability of clinical trial data are guaranteed.Conclusion The application of the system forms a closed-loop management of the business process,effectively controls the cost of the test project,supports multiple settlement methods,and improves the work efficiency and management level.
