摘要
采用形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法对野生菌株Y19进行鉴定,确定其为元蘑Sarcomyxa edulis。对野生元蘑菌株Y19进行菌丝体培养和驯化栽培,结果表明,该菌株菌丝最适培养温度为25℃,最佳母种培养基配方为木屑40 g(水煮后取滤液)、马铃薯200 g(水煮后取滤液)、葡萄糖20 g、蛋白胨0.5 g、琼脂20 g,经栽培成功获得子实体。通过分析孢子的活性成分,发现元蘑孢子具有较高的药用价值。
Using a combination of morphology and molecular biology methods to identify the wild strain Y19,it was determined that the strain is Sarcomyxa edulis.The cultivation and domestication of wild strain Y19 showed that the mycelial optimal culture temperature for this strain was 25℃,the best stock culture medium was sawdust 40 g(use filtrate after boiling),potatoes 200 g(use filtrate after boiling),glucose 20 g,peptone 0.5 g and agar 20 g,successfully obtained fruit body through cultivation.Through analysing the active ingredient of the spore,it was found that S.edulis spore have high medicinal value.
