不同栽培料配方对野生桑黄子实体生长特性的影响

Effects of Different Cultivation Material Formulations on the Growth Characteristics of Wild Phellinus igniarius Fruit Body

摘要 以桑黄为试验材料,通过添加不同的碳源、氮源、辅料等,研究不同栽培料配方对不同野生桑黄原基形成时间、子实体成熟时间、生物学效率、有效成分含量等方面的影响。结果显示,最适宜的栽培料为C2配方(桑木屑58%、棉籽壳20%、麸皮12%、玉米粉4%、豆粕3%、红糖1%、石灰1%、石膏1%),最适宜菌株为L1。最佳处理组L1C2中原基形成时间及子实体成熟时间分别为6 d和46 d,以干质量计平均袋产量为25.2 g,生物学效率为30%,出菇率为100%,总三萜和粗多糖成分含量分别为2.24%和2.05%。 Using Phellinus igniarius as the experimental material,the effects of different material formulations on the formation time of different wild Phellinus igniarius primordia,fruit body maturity time,biological efficiency,and content of active ingredients were studied by adding different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,and additives.The results showed that the most suitable cultivation substrate was formula C2(mulberry sawdust 58%,cottonseed hull 20%,bran 12%,corn flour 4%,soybean meal 3%,brown sugar 1%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%),and the most suitable strain was L1.The formation time of primordia and fruit body maturity time in the optimal treatment group L1C2 were 6 days and 46 days,respectively.The average bag yield was 25.2 g based on dry mass,the biological efficiency was 30%,the fruiting rate was 100%,and the total triterpenes and crude polysaccharide content were 2.24%and 2.05%,respectively.
