摘要
根据窑街煤电集团有限公司海石湾煤矿地面抽采煤层气中含有较高浓度氦气(He)和二氧化碳气(CO_(2))的特点和煤层气组成特性,采用两级变压吸附工艺进行脱碳提氦实验研究。考察了抽采的不同浓度煤层气(混合气)在不同吸附时长、不同吸附压力情况下,产品气中氦气浓度和氦气回收率、二氧化碳脱除的效果,确定了实验条件下的最佳变压吸附条件。研究表明,变压吸附工艺既可富集回收煤层气中的甲烷(CH_(4))又可富集回收He,为将来相关工业化应用提供了基础数据。
Based on the characteristics of high concentrations of helium(He)and carbon dioxide(CO_(2))in the surface extracted coalbed methane(CBM)from the Haishiwan Coal Mine of Yaojie Coal and Electricity Group Corporation,as well as the composition characteristics of coalbed methane,a two-stage pressure swing adsorption process was used for decarbonization and helium extraction experiments.The He concentration and recovery rate,and CO_(2)removal effect in the product gas were investigated under different adsorption time and pressure conditions for different concentrations of CBM(feed gas),and the optimal pressure swing adsorption conditions under laboratory conditions had been determined.Research has shown that the pressure swing adsorption process can enrich and recover both methane and He,providing basic data for future industrial applications.
