In recent years,continuous innovation and development of new technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and quantum technology have promoted the digital transformation of commercial banks which have gone through stages of electronization,informatization and intellectualization.The author points out in the article that intelligence is one of the important features of today's digital transformation of commercial banks.Whether banks can ride the revolutionary wave of new technologies such as artificial intelligence is related to their future core competitiveness.He further pointed out that in the AI era,the dual elements of"data+technology"drive the digital transformation and development of commercial banks,which can accelerate the innovation and reshaping of business service models and operation management models,effectively improve value creation capabilities,and achieve corporate-level transformation,upgrading and innovative development.However,there are still challenges in terms of data,computing power,algorithms,security compliance,transaction ecology,and technologycosts.
