生命早期肠道菌群发育与婴儿远期健康——母婴“菌脉传承”

摘要 生命早期1000天(0-3岁)是人体肠道微生态建立成熟的关键时期,此时期肠道微生态的建立伴随全身/局部免疫系统、营养/能量代谢的模式建立。在生命早期,婴儿肠道菌群的定植和发育受很多因素影响,分娩方式、喂养方式和抗生素的应用是最主要的影响因素。
