本文对照排污许可证的核发规范、自行监测技术指南,以广东省印染工业园为例,介绍了园区印染企业在开展自行监测工作过程中存在的问题,并提出改善自行监测的建议,从而为企业排污许可证的证后管理工作提供一定的帮助与借鉴。

This paper compares with technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit and self-monitoring technology guidelines for pollution sources,taking Guangdong textile and dyeing industrial park as an example,introduces the main problems existing in the process of self-monitoring work of textile and dyeing manufacturers in industrial park,puts forward suggestions for improving self-monitoring,and provides the enterprise with certain help for post-management of pollution discharge permit certificate.
