摘要
本文以2010-2020年黑龙江省主体功能区视角下的80个县域单元为研究对象,对碳排放量进行估算,以此分析不同县域空间碳排放的演变特征。结果表明:黑龙江省县域单元之间碳排放量差异较大,其中国家重点开发区内部差异最大,黑龙江省能源碳排放量具有较明显的核心—边缘结构型特征。黑龙江省碳排放量最大的是国家重点开发区,增加贡献值最大的是农产品主产区。主体功能区均表现为第二产业结构能源碳排比例最大,但近年第二产业比例变小,第一和第三产业比例增大,除省级重点开发区外,变化均较大,所以需针对不同主体功能区的碳排放情况和战略方向,讨论具体减排措施。
In this paper,80 county units from the perspective of functional zones in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2020 were used as research objects to estimate carbon emissions and analyze the evolution characteristics of spatial carbon emissions in different counties.The results show that the energy carbon emissions of Heilongjiang Province vary greatly among county units,among which the national key development zones have the biggest difference,and the energy carbon emissions of Heilongjiang Province have obvious core-edge structure.In Heilongjiang Province,the largest carbon emission is in the national key development zone,and the largest contribution value is in the main agricultural production area.The four main functional areas show that the proportion of energy carbon emission in the secondary industry structure is the largest,but in recent years,the proportion of the secondary industry is smaller,and the proportion of the primary and tertiary industries is increased,except for the provincial key development zones,the change is large.Specific emission reduction measures will be discussed according to the carbon emission situation and strategic development direction of different functional zones.
