乡村振兴背景下天津市宝坻区现代乡村服务业高质量发展研究

现代乡村服务业作为现代农业产业体系中的战略性新兴产业,是推动现代农业提质增效、提升乡村振兴内生动力的有效路径,对创造新供给、激发新需求、培育新动能具有重要的驱动引领和保障支撑作用。近年来宝坻区在发展现代乡村服务方面虽取得较大进展但仍存在部分问题,面临瓶颈制约。该文通过梳理宝坻区现代乡村服务业发展现状及主要成效,找准影响当前乡村服务高质量发展的制约因素,并针对具体问题提出有价值、可借鉴、能推广的务实举措,力争打造形成现代乡村服务业高质量发展宝坻样板。

As a strategic emerging industry in the modern agricultural industrial system,modern rural service industry is an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of modern agriculture and enhance the endogenous power of rural revitalization.It plays an important driving,leading and supporting role in creating new supply,stimulating new demand and cultivating new kinetic energy.In recent years,Baodi District has made great progress in the development of modern rural services,but there are still some problems and bottlenecks.By combing the present situation and main results of the development of modern rural service industry in Baodi District,this paper finds out the restrictive factors that affect the high-quality development of rural service,and puts forward valuable,referable and popularizing practical measures according to the specific problems,so as to strive to form a treasure model for the high-quality development of modern rural service industry.
