改良产后出血预测评分表在产后出血患者中的应用价值

Application Effect of Modified Postpartum Hemorrhage Prediction Score Scale in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage

【目的】探讨改良产后出血预测评分表在产后出血患者中的应用价值。【方法】选取2020年6月至2022年6月本院收治的100例产后出血患者,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组常规基础上依据改良产后出血预测评分表评估出血风险进行相应护理。比较两组干预前后血小板计数(Blood platelet count,BPC)、收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度(Oxygen saturation of blood,SaO_(2))、心率(Heart rate,HR)及不同时间点产后出血量、分娩结局、产程时间。【结果】干预后,观察组BPC、SaO_(2)高于对照组,HR、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组不同时间点产后出血量、产程时间少于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】产后出血患者根据改良后出血预测评分表评估出血风险进行相应护理,可改善产妇产后血流动力学指标,减少产后出血量,同时提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间。

【Objective】To analyze the application effect of modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction score scale in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.【Methods】A total of 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group had modified bleeding prediction score in addition to routine care of the control group.Related hemodynamics and postpartum blood loss were compared before and after the intervention,and the delivery outcomes and labor duration were compared between the two groups.【Results】After the intervention,the BPC and SaO_(2) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and HR,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the amount of postpartum bleeding and labor time in the observation group at different time points were less than those in the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The implementation of modified postpartum bleeding prediction score scale in postpartum hemorrhage patients can improve the postpartum hemodynamic index,reduce the postpartum bleeding volume,increase the natural delivery rate,and shorten the labor time.
