摘要
在明确国防教育对象和主体的基础上,分析了国防教育主体数字化的环境、能力、功能和约束,从数据获取能力、数字化学习能力、数字化管理能力、数字化应用能力、数字化决策能力、数字化前瞻能力等六个方面分析了国防教育主体数字化能力的建构机制,从智能化人机协同、嵌入式情景学习、微能力综合渗透、人本化共享创新、流程化团队合作、创新性赋能设计分析了国防教育主体数字化能力的提升路径,从政策支持、资源配置、组织保障、行为规范四个方面提出了国防教育主体数字能力的发展策略。
Building upon a clear identification of the objects and subjects of national defense education,this study analyzes the environment,capabilities,functions,and constraints of the digitalization of national defense education subjects.The study delineates the construction mechanism of digital capabilities for national defense education enti⁃ties across six dimensions:data acquisition capability,digital learning capability,digital management capability,digital application capability,digital decision-making capability,and digital foresight capability.It further explores the pathways to enhance the digital capabilities of national defense education subjects through analyses of intelligent human-machine collaboration,embedded scenario-based learning,comprehensive micro-ability penetration,hu⁃man-centered collaborative innovation,process-oriented team cooperation,and innovative empowerment design.Ad⁃ditionally,the study presents strategies for the development of digital capabilities for national defense education sub⁃jects from the perspectives of policy support,resource allocation,organizational support,and behavioral norms.
