摘要
图书情报专业学位硕士研究生产教融合培养模式的探索,既是对专硕研究生教育模式的扩展,也是对产业界自身内在动力发展的支持。在已有研究生教育产教融合模式总结的基础上,提出通过构建与特色定位相结合的特色维度、思政引领与企业资源相融合的资源维度、企业参与培养全过程的链路维度,以及平台共创的平台维度“四维”模式的探索,总结出基于产教融合的图书情报专业学位硕士研究生培养改革研究。同时也通过对Z校产教融合改革过程中的实证分析,对以上产教融合模式进行佐证,进一步完善此模式并用以经验推广。
The exploration of an industry-education integrated training model for Master's degree students in Library and Information Science not only extends the education model for professional Master’s degree students but also sup⁃ports the intrinsic development dynamics within the industry.Building upon existing research on the integration of in⁃dustry and education in graduate education,this study proposes an exploration of a“four-dimensional”model com⁃prising the characteristics dimension linked to the programss distinct positioning,the resources dimension entailing moral and political guidance integrated with enterprise resources,the linkages dimension involving complete enter⁃prise participation in the training process,and the platform dimension fostering collaborative platforms.These dimen⁃sions serve as the basis for reforming the training of Master’s degree students in Library and Information Science based on industry-education integration.Additionally,empirical analysis of the industry-education integration reform process at Z University is conducted to provide evidence supporting and refining the proposed model,aiming to fur⁃ther promote this model through shared experiences.
