基于互联网的免费食品加工虚拟实验

摘要 对于食品工程专业,实验是培养合格工程师所必需的,虚拟实验由于其自身的优越性正得到越来越多的应用。文章首先介绍了3个免费的虚拟实验平台,共含有47个实验;对Wolfram平台上资源仅做简要介绍;最后介绍了3个独立的可用于虚拟实验教学的免费程序。简要论述了各虚拟实验的主要内容、特点和操作,简单评述各资源的优缺点,以便于实际教学过程中选择和使用。 For the field of food engineering,experiments are essential for training qualified engineers.Virtual experi⁃ments are gaining increased application due to their inherent advantages.This paper initially introduces three free vir⁃tual experiment platforms comprising a total of 47 experiments.Brief descriptions of resources available on the Wolf⁃ram platform are provided.Furthermore,the paper discusses three independent free programs for virtual experiment teaching.It briefly outlines the main content,characteristics,and operations of each virtual experiment,offering a simple evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each resource to assist in the selection and use during actual teaching processes.
