THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE TRADITIONAL BUILDING INTO THE OFFICE SPACE OF THE FUTURE:RENOVATION OF FELLENOORD 15 OF A FORMER BANK HEADQUARTERS,EINDHOVEN,NETHERLANDS

UNStudio建筑事务所(以下简称“UNStudio”)受Edge公司委托,对荷兰埃因霍温市的原银行总部大楼Fellenord 15进行翻新改造设计。项目全方位地融合了健康、灵活的办公理念,并以建设高度可持续性、科技化建筑为目标,将原荷兰银行总部大楼全面升级为一座建筑面积达32000 m^(2)的现代化政府办公楼,并配备了密集的传感器网络和先进的应用程序。其入驻后,将极大地改善周围环境,有助于优化建筑管理。对钟楼体量的保留是改造时一个十分重要的因素。因为长期以来,对于埃因霍温市民来说,钟楼一直是具有高辨识度且被频繁使用的建筑元素。

UNStudio's design for the refurbishment of a former bank headquarters,'Fellenoord 15',in the Dutch city of Eindhoven,was commissioned by Edge and holistically fuses a healthy and flexible work concept with a highly sustainable,tech-enabled building.The recently completed refurbishment has fully transformed the former Rabobank headquarters into a contemporary,32000 m^(2) government office building,equipped with a dense network of sensors and advanced applications that will significantly improve its post-occupancy conditions and building management.
