摘要
乡村振兴是当前中国经济社会发展的重要战略,人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键环节,农村社会工作人才队伍建设是实现人才振兴的重要支撑。党的十六届六中全会以来,内蒙古自治区在社会工作领域取得了一些成果,但由于西部欠发达地区经济发展缓慢、政策推行困难、社会适应度低等原因导致社会工作的发展还存在着很多问题。本文以身处西部欠发达地区的内蒙古巴彦淖尔市为例,通过SWOT分析模型,分析西部欠发达地区农村社会工作人才队伍建设的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为农村社会工作人才队伍建设提供有益借鉴。
Rural revitalization is a significant national strategy for China’s current economic and social development,and talent revitalization is indispensable for rural revitalization.Building rural social work talent team is an important support for achieving talent revitalization.Since the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee,Inner Mongolia has made some progress in the field of social work.However,due to slow economic growth,difficulties in policy implementation,and weak social adaptability in the underdeveloped west region,there are still many obstacles in the development of social work.Using Bayannur city,Inner Mongolia,one of the undeveloped western regions as an example,this paper applied the SWOT analysis model to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges in building social work talent teams and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide beneficial references for building rural social work talent team.
