数字经济推动辽宁省农业现代化发展的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Digital Economy Promoting Agricultural Modernization Development in Liaoning Province

在数字经济的大环境下,农业现代化进入了新的发展时期,同时也为辽宁省推进农业数字化转型升级带来了新机遇、新动能。数字经济是加快实现乡村振兴的重大举措,对进一步实施农业现代化发展具有重要意义。本文以辽宁省农业现代化发展为研究对象,系统梳理了当前数字经济对推动辽宁省农业现代化的现状,对存在的主要问题进行了剖析,其中农业数据共享机制不完善、农业数字化人才短缺、数字经济与农业融合程度不足等问题制约了农村经济的发展。在此基础上,提出了健全农业数据分享机制、培养农业信息化人才、推进数字技术与农业深度融合等措施的建议。本研究可为辽宁省乃至其他地区的数字农业、农业现代化建设提供可借鉴的实践方案。

Under the environment of digital economy,agricultural modernization has entered a new development period,bringing new opportunities and new driving force for promoting agricultural digital transformation in Liaoning Province.Digital economy is a major measure for accelerating rural revitalization and of great significance for further agricultural modernization.This paper taking the agricultural modernization development of Liaoning Province as the research object,systematically sorted out the positive role of the current digital economy in promoting the agricultural modernization of Liaoning Province,and analyzed the main problems existing in the digital agricultural modernization of Liaoning Province.Among them,problems such as imperfect agricultural data sharing mechanism,shortage of agricultural digital talents,and insufficient integration degree of digital economy and agriculture restricted the development of rural economy.On this basis,suggestions were put forward to improve the agricultural data sharing mechanism,cultivate agricultural information talents,and promote the deep integration of digital technology and agriculture.This study can provide a practical scheme for digital agriculture and agricultural modernization construction in Liaoning Province and other areas.
