乡村振兴视野下农村生态治理的现实困境与应对策略

The Realistic Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Rural Ecological Governance in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着我国经济社会的不断发展,生态文明建设已成为当前我国的工作重点之一,乡村生态文明作为我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家和进一步实现乡村振兴的现实需要。乡村生态治理面临着精神引领相对薄弱、村民意识相对淡薄、企业生产污染严重、法律制度不够健全、政府职能相对缺失的现实困境。强化精神引领、加大宣传力度、培养环保意识、优化企业生产方式、强化基层政府的农村生态责任对全面提高乡村生态治理质量和治理水平具有现实意义。

In light with the ongoing development of China’s economy,the construction of ecological civilization has become one of the priorities of our current work.As an important component of China’s ecological civilization construction,rural ecological civilization is a practical need for comprehensively building a socialist modernized country and further realizing rural revitalization.Rural ecological governance faces realistic dilemmas such as relatively weak spiritual guidance,relatively weak awareness among villagers,severe production pollution from enterprises,inadequate legal systems,and insufficient government functions.To comprehensively improve the quality and level of rural ecological governance,it has practical significance to strengthen spiritual guidance,increase publicity efforts,cultivate environmental awareness,optimize enterprise production methods,and strengthen the rural ecological responsibility of grassroots governments.
