剧院管理与服务是演出的重要保障,是促进剧院高质量发展的重要因素。剧院管理与服务标准对于剧院提升管理服务能力,加强品牌培养和建设具有重要意义。为推动剧院管理服务标准体系建设,本文在深入调研我国剧院管理服务标准现状基础上,剖析存在的问题,提出剧院管理服务标准化工作发展思路和标准体系框架,以提升剧院管理服务水平,赋能新时代演出行业高质量发展。

Theatre management and service is an important guarantee for performance and an important factor to promote the high-quality development of theatres.Theatre management and service standards are of great signifi cance for theatres to enhance their management and service capabilities and strengthen brand cultivation and construction.In order to promote the construction of standards system for theatre management and service,on the basis of in-depth research on the status quo of China’s standards on theatre management and service,the existing problems are analyzed,and the development ideas and standards system framework of standardization of theatre management and service are proposed to improve the level of theatre management and service,enabling the high-quality development of the performance industry in the new era.
