浅谈我国气象标准采用国际标准的对策

Brief Discussion on Measures for Adopting International Standards as China’s Meteorological Standards

标准是国家核心竞争力的基本要素。通过大力推动国际标准化工作,可以进一步增强我国在世界气象舞台的话语权。采用国际标准是参与国际标准化活动的一条重要途径。气象领域通过对国际标准化组织中气象相关标准进行跟踪、评估与转化,可以促进国内气象标准与国际标准的对接,提升我国气象国际标准化水平。本文通过对有关政策和国内外现状调研,给出了气象领域采用国际标准的对策建议,为后续工作的推进提供参考。

Standards are fundamental elements of a country’s core competitiveness.China can further enhance its voice on the world stage by vigorously promoting international standardization work.One significant way to participate in international meteorological standardization activities is to adopt international standards,by tracking,evaluating,and converting meteorological-related standards in international standardization organization,which will promote the integration of domestic meteorological standards with international standards and enhance the level of international meteorological standardization in China.This paper conducts the research on the policies and current domestic and international situations of adopting international standards and supplies development suggestions that can supply reference for the subsequent promotion of this effort.
