企业标准化良好行为自2004年开展试点距今已将近20年,现在依然没有得到有效的推广和实施。本文结合工作实践,阐述了企业标准化良好行为的意义,分析了在创建和评价中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议,为企业在实际工作中提供参考。

It has been nearly 20 years since the conduction of pilot projects of good standardization practice in enterprises in 2004,but it has still not been effectively promoted and implemented.Based on work practice,This article combines practical work to illustrate the significance of good standardization practice in enterprise.It analyzes the problems existing in the establishment and evaluation process and proposes improvement suggestions.which can provide reference for enterprises in the actual work.
