摘要
本文分析了《藕粉质量通则》国家标准修订的部分主要内容,着重解析了典型性藕淀粉颗粒的检测方法优化、酸度检测方法及指标的调整,旨在对标准进行解读,帮助检测人员及相关人员熟悉该标准,更好地使用该标准,同时对标准中可能存在的问题也进行了思考,为下次标准的修订提供思路。
This paper analyzes some of the main contents of the revision of the national standard GB/T 25733—General quality of lotus rhizome starch,focuses on interpreting the optimiztion of detection methods of typical lotus rhizome starch particles and the adjustment of the acidity detection methods and indicators.The paper’s aim is to interpret the standard,help testing personnel and relevant personnel understand and better use it.The paper also considers the possible problems in the standard,providing ideas for further revision of the standard.
