当前论证评价工作的问题研究及优化路径探索

Research on Problems of Current Argument Evaluation Work and E xploration of Optimization Paths

专家论证评价是论证活动的主要实施方式之一,与传统的经验性决策相比,专家论证评价引入专家参与决策,决策意见是集体智慧的产物。此外,专家论证评价可以综合并运用专家在各自领域积累的知识、经验,能显著提升决策的科学性和规范性。本文对专家论证评价工作机制在相关领域的应用进行了介绍,对当前专家论证评价机制中存在的问题进行分析研究,并就如何构建科学论证评价体系进行了探讨并提出可行性建议。

Expert argument evaluation is one of the main modes of argument activities.Compared with traditional empirical decision,experts are involved in the decision making,which makes the decisions become the results of collective wisdom.Besides,expert argument evaluation can comprehensively utilize the experts’knowledge and experiences accumulated from their respective areas,which can significantly improve the scientificity and normalization of decisions.This paper presents the application of working mechanism of expert argument evaluation in related areas,further analyzes and studies the problems existed in current working mechanism of expert argument evaluation.The paper also discusses the ways to establish system of scientific argument evaluation,and puts forward feasible suggestions.
