摘要
本文一是研究用气相色谱法技术测定内墙涂料中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的方法,将气相色谱仪的仪器参数进行优化处理,使色谱仪的稳定性、灵敏度和分离效果处于最佳分析状态,使用Rtx-VGC色谱柱,运用升温程序有效地分离出24种有机化合物和内标物,对其定性鉴定和计算相对校正因子,通过内标定量法准确测定各种化合物的浓度,并对检测结果进行加标回收验证,验证该方法可靠准确和适用;二是以上述气相色谱法对市场上流通的12种内墙涂料的挥发性有机化合物含量进行测试,主要从样品制备及前处理、数据处理及计算公式的理解等方面进行总结。
The paper studied the method of determining volatile organic compounds(VOC)in interior wall coatings by gas chromatography technology.By optimizing the instrument parameters of gas chromatograph,the stability,sensitivity and separation effect of the chromatograph were in the best analysis state.Using Rtx-VGC column,24 kinds of organic compounds and internal standards were effectively separated by temperature program.Their qualitative identification and relative correction factors were calculated,the concentration of various compounds was accurately determined by internal standard quantitative method,and the detection results were labeled and recovered to verify that the method was reliable,accurate and applicable.The paper also studied the volatile organic compound content of 12 kinds of interior wall coatings sold in the market,which were tested by the above gas chromatography method,and concluded mainly from the aspects of sample preparation and pre-treatment,data processing and understanding of calculation formula.
