产教融合视域下职业本科“四双一建”法律专业人才培养模式的创新与探索

Innovation and Exploration of"Four Pairs and One Construction"Legal Professional Training Mode for Vocational Undergraduates from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

职业本科法律专业人才培养作为区别于职业专科和普通本科的一种新型法律专业人才培养类型,对培养适应新时代法治建设需求的高素质法律职业技能人才发挥着日益重要的作用。目前职业本科法律专业人才培养面临着目标定位不清晰、培养模式单一、资源统筹不到位等现实困境。基于产教融合的“四双一建”法律专业人才培养模式创新探索,有效激发了学生学习内生动力,凝聚了校地协同育人合力,对构建职业本科法律专业人才培养体系具有积极的启示和借鉴意义。

As a new type of legal talent training,which is different from the vocational college and the general undergraduate,the training of vocational undergraduate legal talents is playing an increasingly important role in training high-quality legal professional talents to meet the needs of the rule of law construction in the new era.At present,the training of vocational undergraduate legal talents still faces realistic difficulties such as unclear target orientation,single training mode and inadequate resources coordination.The innovative exploration of the"four pairs and one construction"legal talent training mode based on the integration of production and education has effectively stimulated the endogenous motivation of students’learning,consolidated the synergy of school and local education,solved the problems of mismatch in supply and demand and"separation"in academic application,and has positive inspiration and reference significance for the construction of vocational undergraduate legal talent training system.
