SCCA与HPV联合检测在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Combined Detection of SCCA and HPV in the Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)联合检测在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2020年1月至2022年12月入襄阳市中心医院就诊的宫颈癌患者60例作为观察组,同时选取来院进行妇科普查的60例已婚女性作为对照组,分别检测两组人群的SCCA和HPV,比较其对宫颈癌的诊断价值。结果观察组的SCCA和HPV阳性率均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);鳞癌患者的SCCA明显高于腺癌患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SCCA与HPV联合检测,对宫颈癌早期诊断更有价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of combined detection of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and human papillomavirus(HPV)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Method:60 cervical cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the observation group,while 60 married women who came to our hospital for gynecological screening were selected as the control group.SCCA and HPV were tested in both groups,and their diagnostic value for cervical cancer was compared.The positive rates of SCCA and HPV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SCCA of squamous cell carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of SCCA and HPV is more valuable for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
