综合保温对于老年女性前盆底重建术的围手术期应用价值

The Perioperative Application Value of Comprehensive Insulation for Anterior Pelvic Floor Reconstruction in Elderly Women

目的观察综合保温措施对于老年女性患者前盆底重建术的应用价值。方法对96例择期前盆底重建术的老年女性患者随机分为保温组和对照组,每组48例,观察两组患者术前、术中及术后的各项生命体征指标,不同时间点温度、苏醒时间、气管拔管时间及术后低体温、寒战等。结果保温组患者围术期不同时间点的体温和其它指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合保温措施有利于减少老年患者围手术期低体温、寒战的发生率,保持生命体征的平稳,减少并发症的发生和促进术后康复。

Objective:To observe the application value of comprehensive insulation measures for anterior pelvic floor reconstruction in elderly female patients.Methods:96 elderly female patients who underwent elective pelvic floor reconstruction surgery were randomly divided into an insulation group and a control group,with 49 patients in each group.The vital signs,temperature,awakening time,tracheal extubation time,postoperative low body temperature,and chills of the two groups of patients were observed before,during,and after surgery.Results:The temperature and other indicators of the patients in the insulation group at different time points during the perioperative period were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive insulation measures are beneficial for reducing the incidence of perioperative hypothermia and chills in elderly patients,maintaining stable vital signs,reducing the occurrence of complications,and promoting postoperative recovery.
