摘要
传感器是汽车上常见的零部件,其主要作用是感知车辆的运行状态,并转化为电信号传输给汽车控制器,以便控制器保持最佳工作状态。文章结合某汽车AMT行程传感器故障的实际案例,介绍解决某车型出现传感器电压偏差过大问题的分析及解决措施,从影响汽车传感器电压信号因素等各方面分析,查找问题的根本原因,制定相应的解决措施,从而解决行程传感器电压偏差过大问题。
Sensors are common parts in automobiles,whose main function is to perceive the running state of vehicles,and convert them into electrical signals to transmit to the automobile controller,so that the controller can keep the vehicle in the best working state.Based on the actual case of an automobile AMT sensor fault,this paper introduces the analysis and research of excessive voltage deviation of AMT sensor of a vehicle,analyzes the factors affecting the automobile sensor voltage signal and other aspects,to find the root cause of the problem,formulate the corresponding solution measures,so as to solve theissue of AMT sensor voltage deviation.
