摘要
文章简要介绍2013款大众迈腾车搭载的1.8T发动机故障现象,着重对发动机在故障状态下的故障代码与数据流检测做出详解,结合电路图对电子节气门相关线路进行检测,最终发现电子节气门线路端子孔隙存在虚接,对相关端子孔隙注入适量导电胶后顺利排除故障。通过本案例为维修技师在排除发动机电子节气门故障提供参考。
The article briefly introduces the fault phenomenon of the 1.8T engine installed on the 2013 Volkswagen Magotan,focusing on providing a detailed explanation of the fault code and data flow detection of the engine in the fault state.Combined with the circuit diagram,the electronic throttle related circuit was tested,and it was found that there was a virtual connection in the terminal pores of the electronic throttle circuit.After injecting an appropriate amount of conductive adhesive into the relevant terminal pores,the fault was successfully resolved.This case provides a reference for maintenance technicians when troubleshooting engine electronic throttle faults.
