工业遗址空间再生策略研究——以抚顺市西露天矿为例

Spatial Regeneration Strategy for Industrial Site:Taking West Open Pit Mine in Fushun City as an Example

以加强抚顺城市形象,保护与再利用工业遗址,提升抚顺市城市核心竞争力为目的,选取抚顺市重要工业遗址代表——抚顺市西露天矿为研究对象,通过对西露天矿的调研分析,明确其作为工业遗址的价值,分析其中具有文化内涵的特色建筑,结合规划、建筑、景观、生态、旅游等学科进行综合研究分析及价值系统评估,从工业空间再生、公共空间再生、遗址公园再生等方面为抚顺市提升城市空间品质提供良性建议。

With the aim of strengthening the urban image of Fushun city,protecting and reusing industrial sites,and enhancing the core competitiveness of Fushun City,the representative of important industrial sites in Fushun city,Fushun West Open Pit Mine was selected as the research object.Through research and analysis of the West Open Pit Mine,the industrial site value of the West Open Pit Mine was clarified,and the characteristic buildings were analyzed.Combined with planning,architecture,landscape,ecology,tourism and other disciplines,comprehensive research and value system evaluation were conducted to provide positive suggestions for improving the urban spatial quality of Fushun City from the aspects of industrial space regeneration,public space regeneration,and site park regeneration.
